Return Policy
We want you to feel completely confident when shopping for carpets with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the carpet must be unused, uninstalled, free from stains or odors, and in its original packaging or protective wrapping. Custom-sized or specially made carpets may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please ship the carpet back within 7 days of approval to keep your return valid.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned carpets must be in resellable condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund. We recommend taking photos before shipping back your item and using a trackable shipping method to protect yourself in case of transit damage.
Refunds
After your returned carpet has been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping fees and any additional services (like installation) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability). Contact us within the return window and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
